Acceptance
By creating an account or using Nordyme (the “Service”), you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.
Your account
You sign in with Apple or Google and are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your sign-in credentials secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
Your content
You own the content you put into Nordyme. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store, process, and sync it so we can provide the Service to you. You’re responsible for your content and for keeping your own backups of anything important.
Acceptable use
Don’t use the Service to break the law, infringe others’ rights, or disrupt or abuse the infrastructure (including the email capture system). We may suspend accounts that do.
Beta & availability
Nordyme is early software offered to founding members. Features may change, and the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nordyme is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.
Termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account. We may suspend or end access if these terms are violated.
Changes
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
