The short version
Nordyme is a task manager. We store the things you put into it so we can sync them across your devices. We don’t sell your data, we don’t show ads, and you can delete everything at any time.
What we collect
- Account information. When you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive an account identifier and your email address.
- Your content. The tasks, projects, notes, photos, and other items you create in Nordyme.
- Email capture (optional). If you enable it, emails you forward to your private capture address are turned into inbox items. We hold mail from unrecognized senders briefly so you can approve or block them.
- Basic technical data. Standard server logs needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use it
Solely to provide the service: to store your items, sync them across your devices and the web, and let you sign in. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Where it lives
Your data is stored with our infrastructure providers, who process it only to host the service on our behalf: Supabase (database, auth, file storage), Fly.io (application hosting), and Postmark (email capture delivery). Sign-in is handled by Apple and Google.
Your choices
You can edit or delete any item at any time. You can delete your entire account from Profile → Delete account, which permanently removes your account and all associated data, including stored photos. To request a copy of your data, contact us.
